Is this a Canvas replacement?
No — Parent Communicator runs alongside your LMS. Canvas, Schoology, and Blackbaud are built for academic workflows. We handle the rest: enrollment questions, tours, waitlist nurture, general parent inquiries. When your LMS has an outage, this channel keeps working.
How accurate are the answers?
The agent only answers from the knowledge base you provide. If a parent asks something not in your FAQ, it says so and offers to connect them with admissions. Conversation logs are reviewable in WordPress admin.
What about FERPA and student data?
The agent handles prospective-family inquiries only — not enrolled-student records. No SIS access, no grade data, no student PII flows through it.
How long does setup take?
